Request data deletion
You can request deletion of your CallGuard data directly from Piza Tecnologia by email. You do not need to create an account or sign in.
privacidade@pizatecnologia.com
The button opens your email application. Review and send the message to submit your request. You can also copy the address and use your preferred email service.
How to request deletion
- Send an email with the subject “CallGuard — Data deletion request”, stating whether you want all deletable data removed or only specific records.
- If available, include the device code shown in CallGuard Settings or the purchase order number from the store receipt. These details help locate your records.
- We will reply to confirm receipt and, when necessary, request only the information needed to verify that the records belong to you. We will inform you of the outcome, any records retained, the reason, and the applicable retention period.
You can send a request even if you no longer have the app, device code, or receipt. Explain this in your email so we can help locate your records; reinstalling the app is not required.
Do not send passwords, access codes, full payment card details, contacts, or call history.
Response and deletion timeframes
Our team handles requests free of charge. The following timeframes run from receipt of your email:
- Within 2 business days: acknowledge receipt.
- Within 5 business days: carry out the initial review and request any information strictly necessary to locate the records and verify that they belong to you.
- Within 30 calendar days: delete data eligible for removal and send confirmation of the outcome.
If missing information prevents us from verifying your request, or if certain records must be retained, we will explain the reason and next steps within the same 30-calendar-day period, identifying any retained data and the applicable retention period. This channel does not perform immediate or automatic deletion. Any shorter applicable legal deadline takes precedence.
Requests for confirmation of processing or access to data follow their own deadlines under the Brazilian LGPD: an immediate simplified response or a complete statement within 15 calendar days of the request. The 30-day deletion timeframe does not replace these deadlines.
Data covered by the request
The request can cover installation and device identifiers, device model, system and app versions, activation and synchronization dates, license records, purchase records, legal acceptances, audit records, and personal information sent to support. After verifying the request, we delete records that no longer need to be retained for the purposes explained below.
Records that may need to be retained
Purchase receipts, legal acceptances, and audit records may be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. Retention is limited to what is necessary for those purposes, for the applicable contractual or legally required period. We will explain any exception and its duration when responding to your request.
Data stored only on your device
Contacts, incoming numbers, blocked-call history, allowed numbers, and call statistics are not sent to CallGuard servers. To erase the local history, use Settings > History > Delete history in the app. Other local app data can be removed through Android storage settings. Clearing CallGuard data does not delete contacts from your phone’s address book.
Licenses and store subscriptions
Deleting license records may prevent CallGuard from validating or restoring protection. A deletion request does not automatically cancel a subscription or generate a refund. Manage renewals and purchase records with the store where you purchased; the store has its own retention rules.
You can also use this privacy email address to request access to or correction of your data.
Before requesting help
Check the contacts-access, call-screening, and license status in the application.
Purchases and cancellations
Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the store where the purchase was made.
