Version 1.1 — effective September 22, 2026.
This Policy explains how Piza Tecnologia processes information related to CallGuard.
1. Data kept only on the device
CallGuard checks contacts only to decide locally whether a call should be allowed. Contacts, incoming numbers, block history, allowed exceptions, and call statistics remain stored on the device. This data is not sent to CallGuard servers.
2. License data processed on the server
To manage licenses, transfers, trials, and security, we process a random installation identifier, a pseudonymous device identifier transformed with a one-way hash, platform, device model, system and application versions, license status, technical purchase identifiers and receipts, activation dates, and last synchronization. The original system identifier is not stored by the server.
3. Legal acceptance
We record the accepted Terms and Policy versions, the language presented, server date and time, installation identifier, and application version. The IP address is stored only as a security hash and is not retained in readable form.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Piza Tecnologia does not receive or store card numbers, security codes, or store-account passwords.
5. Purposes
Server data is used to validate purchases, prevent improper simultaneous use, restore and transfer licenses, maintain security, provide support, record acceptances, and produce administrative and financial reports.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with providers required for purchasing and hosting, within the limits needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
7. Retention and deletion
Purchase, acceptance, and audit records are kept as necessary for contractual compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be made through the support page. Data subject to mandatory retention may be kept for the legally required period.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, protected credentials, administrative access controls, two-factor authentication, hashing, and encryption of purchase receipts. No safeguard eliminates all risk.
9. Permissions
Contacts access and call screening are requested with a clear explanation. The user may revoke permissions in device settings, but doing so may prevent protection from working.
10. Contact
Privacy questions may be submitted through the official page at callguard.pizatecnologia.com/suporte.
